We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

These shoes are fantastic! The Philly fits me perfectly. I typically wear a size 7 in traditional shoes, but I opted for a size 7.5 based on the size chart, and it was a great choice. The smell of the leather takes me back to my childhood, a sensation I haven't experienced in years! The quality of these shoes is exceptional, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase.
