We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

Obsessed with these loafers. SO CUTE and the leather part is nice quality. Only negatives are the black part on the bottom is cheesy plastic and they aren’t super comfy but hoping I can break them in :)
Size up
These definitely do not run true to size. I wear a size 9 in every other pair of shoe I own and the size 9 in this shoe feels at least a whole size small. Could barely even get my foot in all the way. I know leather stretches with time but not thy much. I will be returning these. Unsure if I will order up a size or not. According to reviews on other shoe styles by this brand many others say to size up also.
