We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

These are gorgeous boots. I love how the come up a little higher than the average bootie. They are a tad snug around the ankle but hoping they will stretch as they are real suede. My foot runs a tad wide so went up a half size and it was perfect. Definitely will be purchasing second pair in a different color when they go on sale.

First off, I have awkward feet, while I’m a standard size 9, my right foot has a bunion which makes most not wide shoes very uncomfortable. After reading several reviews I took a chance with ordering my standard size 9 and they are absolutely a perfect fit. Yes the shaft is snug on my ankles but its perfect for my thin legs. Even with the pointed toes they do not squish my toes or the sides of my feet. The leather is beautiful and I immediately ordered another color. But the boots, they are soooooo worth it!

True to size (no need to account for the pointed toe by sizing up, in my case). Ankle isn’t tight on my average-slim frame (5’8” / 128 lbs.). Quality is top-notch. I haven’t done any real walking in them yet, but I’m optimistic that they won’t rub.

I love everything about the boot. The color is amazing. The only negative is the top of the boot has no give and therefore you’ll have to unzip it 1/4 down to wear it comfortably.
