We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

Nice Shoes But...
I love the quality, height, weight and look of the shoes but they are not accurately sized. I normally wear an 8.5 in closed toes shoes, and typically, because my feet and heels ate narrow, I usually have to use shoe inserts and heel pads. However, even in a 9 my toes were pushing against the front of the shoe. I have graduating toes from my big toe to my baby toe and if the shoe is 7-7.4 or 8, depending on the shoe and 8.5-9 when wearing sandals because my feet slide when the heel is more than 2 inches. I am hoping that once the swelling of my feet is reduced due to RA symptoms that the shoes will fit better and if not, I will give both pair to my niece and repurchase in a size 10 because I really like the shoes because they give me height for long pants, skirts, and dresses to keep.

This shoe isn't true to size. I have a narrow foot, narrow heel, and am typically an 8.5, I ordered a size 9 and my toe is touching the front of the shoes and it was difficult to get on. I guess my niece will get the two version of this that I purchased an I am really disappointed. I hope the others that I purchased are better fits and true to sale.
